Simple integration into the production process and easy operation and cleaning means the XXL will cut costs and manual labor. With more than 50 cutting variants and a large continuous feed chute the Barbel™ Anliker XXL suits everything from the most delicate to the toughest cuts on an industrial scale, for example; 1 tonne of Julien carrots, 2.5 tonnes of sliced potatoes and 3600kg of cubed melons per hour.
